if you need help with that pm me, i have every thing setup in my own V7 rom / xml
I did this and changed everything over from my other maps ect. SD and MAP was showing when editing the maps, I then saved it and closed the bin. I open the bin again and the SD and MAP sections are gone??? Yet in the XML's it shows them there.

I updated my post on the first page (link here) and updated the XML in the ZIP files, please re-download and use the new XML files, ROM files have not been changed at all.

Phenem, do you have any idea why the nlts Rpm drop value isn't changeable in the 96532706 rom?

You will still need to apply the MAT patch if you only want to use MAT, if you want to GM IAT for SD then you need to apply the correct SD settings.

I am talking about the NON SD v7. I have the MAT stuff showing up as scrambled. I am curious as to if this could be causing issues, especially with cold startup and drivability.

Could it be that the values are screwy because I am not running MAT?

I want to run it with the NON SD v7 so I can log temps. Any suggestions??

Oh and the MAT patch thread is HUGE.

That is not a link to the MAT patch thread it is a one page explanation of what the MAT patch is vs. the SD MAT. Read it, I think it will help you understand.

You will have scrambled values because you didn't apply the MAT patch. This should have no effect on cold startup or drivability, it is because you are not running MAT, it is simply there to make it easier to apply the patch if you want to run it.

is it possible to stop the CEL light flashing when you turn on the ignition when in the valet mode? I know you can change the time it flashes for after you turn it off.

The reason I ask is because if some one uses the car etc having a flashing CEL alerts them that they is something wrong or a valet mode active, if this didn't flash when enabled they'd probably think something else is wrong?

Cheers
Andy

Thanks thepra and all the guys involved in the Stock ECU development, you guys work really hard on this stuff. I've been hearing a lot of good things about tuning on the BIG MAPS w/ V7, can't wait to try it out, I'll share some results when I get them.

I have a test car we could use

I actually want to try out the NLTS feature but I'm scared of something going wrong, how much boost can the NLTS feature hold in between shifts? Anybody know?
