I used to use evoscan 2.5 but i reinstalled windows on my computer and had to install the new 2.6 software. The problem is that for some reason evoscan has a problem reading the wideband. At first it would read for like 5 seconds and then stop logging. Now it just stays at 0 constantly and I cant get it to work. I have the correct drivers installed and I know it works because it used to work fine on the 2.5 software.

Can someone help me out here? Does anyone have the old 2.5 software or has anyone ran into this problem and fixed it?

Upgrade to the beta version. This is a known issue. I had this problem on 2.5 as well.

I'm running beta 2.7, still have the same issue, stops logging after a few seconds

 

Any updates on this? I really need my wideband logging and cant find where to download the 2.7 beta or downgrade to 2.5. My issue is a little different it will log for maybe 30 secs or a minute then freeze and just record whatever value it froze at for the rest of the log. It consistently does this every log session and I can use hyperterminal and test it and it will record for as long as I care to sit there and watch it.
