I did tons of homework and even had some other brands.
The RC flow around 1076 or so at 43 psi (according to their website) PTE prolly similar (both use similar latencies)
Close to two years and well over 15k miles on e85 no problem.

That's 37psi base + 15psi boost, not very realistic. If you increase the boost to 25psi + 37psi base fuel pressure, that's 62psi total fuel pressure, where its more like 220 liters/hour. Also, not everyone has the 341/342 HP pump, so its even less. If you are running an EVO or 2G with 43psi base fuel pressure it is even worse. 850's on an EVO/2G need 204 liters/hour at 100% DC, but at 68psi (43psi base + 25psi boost) the 255HP rewired can only supply 210, so they are a good match, IMHO.
That's why I recommend that most guys running E85, 1G, 2G, or EVO run a lower 35-37psi base fuel pressure and buy a slightly larger injector. At the lower fuel pressure the 950cc injectors would need 209 liters/hour at 100% DC, so a rewired 255 can just barely squeak by.

RC injectors FIT better, I prefer them although they are a bit more pricey. I have PTE on my car however and they fit poorly..I always reccomend RC because I have more scaling data for them.. Properly scaled it is tough to tell you have larger injecors at all even when cold..

Thanks for the input guys, I ended up jumping on the ID 1000 bandwagon, if for no other reason than plenty of current V7 specific support in the community. I have tons of info on these things now.
I'm hoping that staying on the relatively little TME 16g should keep me in the range of my single 255l pump for both e85 +93oct (on the stock rail and regulator).
Is this a safe assumption?

Successfully installed ID 1000's and ditched the resistor pack -thanks for the write ups guys , both on the injector install and resistor pack bypass, the information in the how to /install section was perfect.
This was also after my kid was alsleep in my 15*F garage with crap lighting and a flashlight. I got them in without losing a single clip and spliced in the JOT map switchiting harness, mounted it and bypassed the resistors by 230am last night.
I used Travman's scale and latencies for 93 and e85, but I have only used 93 so far, loaded up the new scaled map and it fired up after a few cranks. Pretty much all starts suck right now, except for imediately warm starts, but it runs and drives awesome and it always eventually starts. I am watching the other thread on these injectors and thier starting issues closely.
It sounds like my snow blower with the choke open to much, it just barely gasps and splutters up to iddle now when it does catch. It's never much more than a few seconds but its not real confidence inspiring either way. On the positive side they do drive and idle very well, these are the first after market injectors I have ever owned and other than the afore montioned start issue they are no different at idle and around town than the stockers were. I'm am excited to get some e85 in there and throw the switch, I think I will try to get the cold start thing sorted out a bit first.
My car is all set up sor SD already hardware-wise and I have 96531706 maps set up for it but even on the stock injectors it drove like crap until it warmed up... I will try JB's numbers and see if it improves, or hopefully can be eliminated, even better if I can get SD to behave on my car and fix the starting problem.

The ID1000's do drive fantastic don't they? The starting issue IMO is minor. Your running an injector nearly twice the size as stock and they drive that good, very minor. To put it into context my 1g DSM has had warm starting issues when STOCK. Then I put the evo 8 ecu and stock evo injectors in from my IX and it now has a warm starting issue. To make it more confusing, my IX with ID1000's does NOT have warm starting issues, go figure.

They certainly do, and i am committed to getting these things working properly, I have seen this community work through many such issues and I'm not shy about getting my hands dirty or even paying proffessionals.

Due to finally getting a dependable source of e85 in my area I'm making the switch over.
The car is a 4 season NE daily driver and I'm looking at using my JOT harness /switch to change between 93 and e85 maps. Stockish turbo, mild cams full compliment of bolt-ons, V7, 3-port, PSI based boost control...
From what I have read 1000's seem to be about the smallest that will flow enough for e-85 and about the biggest that I can tune properly for 93 on the stock turbo.
Question is which injectors? the currents favorites are:
-RC 1000's... I see a set used in the FS section and both e85 and pump scaling/ latency info on them is availible on the forum, making them an attractive choice, even for an older style.
-ID 1000's new high impedance injectors, no scaling info ( at least e85), but the concensus here seems to be that they offer superior drivability atributes. If these are really that good I will spend the money and time to sort them out.
-FIC bluemax 1250's Smallest of the new "Bluemax" series, still low impedance but are they better in any way? Will I be able to get these to work on my stock turbo 93 set up as well as e85?
Please share opinions... ultimatley I'm most interested in drivability and reliability than huge HP.

That's the color copied sheet that came with the injectors from T1. I leeched of Travman whom I believe graphed these numbers out to find the voltages in the Ecuflash scaling and tweaked from there.

Yeah I have done the same - i have added fuel and removed fuel in those mid temp ranges and never even hinted at a change.
