I've checked everything related with throttle and nothing's change.

Now... when I unplugged MAF engine is works really great (yeah - in limp mode): idles smooth, throttle is works great too.

Could be this damage cause of my issue ?

Update: major cause of my idle problems was... I didn't know, that I had JDM 3-bar MAP in my car. After rescale it, everything is okay - idles are smooth (~900 RPM), throttle works great.
