Hi all

I need help on a flash I got done. The immobilizer hex code is incorrect after put the tether mod on. It does not tell the sequence for the jdm evo 8 and it is currently on 0x0040.

My car currently won't start and sounds like the fuel pump won't kick in.

Car is 2003 evo 8 jdm. The tethra mod uses 2005 Mitsubishi base file.

Anyone know how I get the correct hex so my car will start.

you should be able to look in the original map that was on the car and the immob information should be in there, then copy the values across.

 

I have looked at the origional map and the immobilizer hex key table does not exist.

 

what version is your original rom? you'll probably need to edit the xml file to get it to show the info. Have you tried to set the immob bit in the tephra rom to 0 to disable the immob and then see if it starts? bit 3 in the FAA table near the bottom.

I did turn FAA bit 3 to 0 and the car started, i still through some cel codes,
