Sounds like the ECU is not going into closed loop and therefore your fuel trims are never updating. We need to consider all the conditions that the ECU looks at before entering closed loop and check each one by one.

Do you have a DTC active ? You say your AFR is all over the place? Even without the ECU in learn mode, if your settings are even in the ball park it should start and run. Perhaps something is wrong with the basic injector settings you have entered.

Since it is in open loop (which we can almost be sure it is if the trims are not adjusting) you can start tuning your fuel maps now. I always tune my fuel maps in open loop, and then turn on closed loop to have the ECU clean up the little stuff. Yes, it is nice to see how close you are according to the ECU's trims, but by no means do you need them to get your car running right. If you need closed loop to tune the car I would suggest spending some more time reading basic tuning concepts.

Lets find the list of the conditions for closed loop and make our way down that.

Ok so i got the oxygen feedback (STFT) to log and the Mid LTFT to log but not low LTFT or high LTFT. I let the car idle for 30 min and cruised for 30 min. Heres where some problems come the STFT stays at -9.9 no matter what, it will go up to .1008 sometimes but then right back to -9.9. Mid LTFT it -8.

What are your injector and latency settings in ECU flash? post them.

What is your o2 sensor (front and rear) logging at?

I asked you last time, what DTC (ECU trouble codes) are your getting?

Sounds like your tune/settings are very off base, or your ecu is getting bad info from a sensor? Post up a log of some city driving with the major parameters logged. Prefer an evoscan save file. Log everything, not really worried about sample rate here.

Well, you still have not posted a log or anything, I'm not sure there is anything left we can do for you if you don't supply more data/information. I'm sure you have a bunch of DTC and you still have not posted this information. If your mid LTFT is moving then go re-read what Applaudd (post 11) said about fixing up your low LTFT.
