You dont have a bad FPR or line off somewhere? 390-406 should be pretty good, but you seem to be having 2 distinct issues.
1- have to lean it way out during spool
2- have to go to max rich after spool
I wouldnt play with the MAF scaling at all (I never do in fact) as this could be causing some of the issues to be more prevalent. What MAF is on the car? I found on the one Lancer we did that the stock MAF ran out really fast. MAF placement was also critical in keeping it happy.

Ok so I havent done the FP test yet BUT, I have stumbled across something that hopefully will allow me to fix this. So on my car WOT registers at 93.33% (its the same value my obd scanner gives me as well) now every single pull in 3rd or any other gear for that matter that has a full 93.33 in the tps gives me the lean condition. However every single pull I do that has the tps even dropped to 92.94 or lower sporatically throughout the pull the highest afr I get is 11.7 in the same rpm range?? This is probably my maf scaling being wayyy off huh? hope any thoughts on this?

Ok so here is my maf scalings, top left is my stock car stock maf settings (original), bottom left is my maf scaling I made after I turboed the car and still had my stock maf, Top right is the stock scaling for a 03 evo, botom right is my scaling I made for my car with the evo maf, I started using the graph function with the last maf scaling and tried to follow the evo setup except for allowing the max to be hit right where my lean conditions were happening which obviously has not helped me yet any ideas from the pros on maf scaling would be awesome!!! , also so I only hit a max of about 950hz so can/should I change my maf table to reflect a high of 1000hz or no?
