Finding Immobilizer Code with ECUflash
I am currently in the process of installing an EVO IX motor in my 03 EVO VIII. I have managed to find a EVO IX ECU cheap but it has an existing flash.
I also have to somehow get the EVO VIII ECU immobilizer code onto my EVO IX ECU since the dealership here in Austin is completely incompetent.
My question is...if i plug in ECUFlash to my VIII ECU, will it tell me the immobilizer code so that i can input it into the new IX ECU once I install it and begin to reflash to the factory EVO IX settings?

VERY COOL! Again thank you!
But I have another question: What would be the best ROM file to use for an Evo IX 5 speed motor in a 2003 Evo VIII GSR? I see three for USDM...
