WGDC table for 73HTA FP Green + 3 ports GM solenoid
Hi all,
I am about to install a 73HTA FP Green on my car so I am looking for some WGDC tables to start from somewhere better than pure 20's...
Actuator is 18SI and I have a 3 ports GM solenoid.
If someone has a similar config, I will appreciate any feed.
Thank you very much.

My mods:
3" intake with K&N cone filter
2.5" intake pipes
Big IC with water spray
3 ports GM solenoid
3" full exhaust (no cat)
RC 750cc/min
walbro 255
Tephra 5.1
HFS5 50-50% (pre turbo + post IC)
JDM 3bar map sensor

Hi guys,
Since the first post, I worked on the maps with my FP green on so if it can help, here are my tables... (note that I use a GM 3ports)
Both tables will drop boost >7000 RPM for safety reason...
Cheers,

Very interesting to compare to Evo 9 stock turbo WGDC values. Here is what I have for my E85 setup (27 psi eventually tapering to 22 psi at 7000 rpm):
500 80
2000 80
2500 68
2800 62
3025 58
3450 57
3750 59
4050 62
4350 68
4600 67
5000 69
5450 77
5900 81
6300 85
6700 88
7200 92
If I were using your table, I'd be getting some serious overboost issues at 3500-4000 rpm. Goes to show that the HTA Green does indeed spool later than the stock turbo.

I am out of town right now and don't have access to my map, but when I return I will post my values. I do not have a copy of my ROM on this computer. Subscribed to add my input later.
mrfred, you are right it does show spool is slower than stock IX turbo. I thought this was a verified fact already about the HTA Green, were you in doubt of it? I can tell the spool is slower, but not by a large amount. With my small increase in displacement plus change in compression ratio it has minimized this lag to a negligible amount, but on the stock 2.0 I could tell a difference for sure. It was slight a slight one but noticeable nonetheless.

It seems straightforward that the HTA Green should spool later than the stock IX turbo, but several recent seat-of-the-pants reviews have stated that spool feels no different than the stock turbo. I kinda wondered if the antisurge ports and turbo design might have allowed this to be true, but Vigman's WGDC tables suggest that the powerband is shifted at least 500 rpm later than a stock IX turbo, maybe as much as 750 rpm later.

I have been taking logs using ECU boost and such, so when I get back home (2 weeks I am afraid) I will post boost vs RPM plots to show how mine spools. I have been working on a complete write up on the build but have been slowed down waiting for the final parts to come in. I had to leave before the ETS 4" and pipes as well as the Full-Race manifold could be installed and the tune tweaked to accommodate them. I will post up the chart ASAP for you to show how the anti-surge port helps, but it will be slightly skewed due to my 2.1L vs a stock 2.0L. Should provide some data for conversation though, I suppose.

I think Vigman stated that he was going to be installing the HTA Green and is trying to make a make beforehand (Edit: Just noticed the difference in dates from his 1st and 2nd post, so it appears it's installed and he is showing his resulting table). Also, I think he is in Mexico City, which is 7300+ elevation. So, that may play a role in spool.

Hi guys,
Sorry I did not seen your posts before!!!
You are right, first post was to ask before install the green and tables were published after installing it...and yes, altitude is killing me in Mexico city (7000ft) so my boost curve may be different from yours.. Comparing to stock, FP green is boosting around 400 RPM later but this turbo can hold a lot more in high range... I love it. Here are some results with virtual dyno... It illustrate both of my WGDC tables (without and with 50-50% water-alcool injection).
If you want to check more about my WI settings, go here to see it from the beginning (post #1) to FP green now (post #16)
Cheers,
