I have the streetlite flywheel from ACT, which is lighter than stock (i believe) but not by much. I wanted more mass for drag anyway at the time.
I had a lot of P0300's before, like at least 1 a day, so i assumed it was my flywheel. But now with a new tune/tuner those seem to have gone away, so i am thinking it was actual misfires probably from running lean during cruise/idle.
So I am guessing the reason Tephra or people are hestitant to add a p0300 disable is it could be used for tuners to easily cover up actual problems. But might have to if lightweight flywheels really are that bad, who knows.

I had a local tuner flash the v1 into my 2008 MR and do a road tune. Before that, we put the car through it's paces to get the stock numbers with a racelogic for comparison. We used the launch control to get the best possible 1/4 mile time but it would not work anymore after flashing the v1. Would the v1 disable the launch control feature?
Thanks!

If there is one thing I could have changed about my build it would be the lightweight flywheel. I hoenstly wish I would have just stuck with a resurfaced OEM. Its not like these are 350z dual mass flywheels that weigh 42lbs, I thnk they are 12lbs or something stupid light already.
