STFT stuck @ 25%

Edit : my mistake, see post #7 ....

First, I use 96532706 Rom, with evo 6 main maps copied/pasted.
My ecu swap is done and I want to tune the car step by step, starting with idle.
The car starts fine, i've adjusted BISS and it warms up correctly, idling @ 900 rpm.

All LTFT are 0.1, but I think it's normal because I just let the car idling after reflashing it so no long term data is available.

My issue is that STFT is @ +25 % (which is the maximum value allowed by the rom). Airflow at idle is about 31 Hz
I tried to fix it by rescaling the MAF in the 25 - 50 Hz range, which leads to these values (20% added to 25 Hz and 50 Hz inputs as a test):
18.87 357.363
25.16
438.867
50.32
457.676
75.48
394.98
100.64
403.758
125.8
410.027
150.96
415.043
176.12
420.059
201.28
423.82
226.44
426.328
251.6
430.09
276.76 433.852
301.92 436.359
402.56
447.645
503.2
453.914
603.84
458.93
805.12 467.707
1006.4
471.469
1207.68
472.723
1408.96
470.215
1610.24
466.453

Not smooth at all but i just wanted to see what would happen at idle ...
The main concern is that STFT is still @ +25 ...
Stock injectors, scaled @ 542 cc in the maps and as well in evoscan

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, please help

Are you using stock injectors? In order to correct your STFT you'll likely need to adjust your injector latencies or injector scaling for larger injectors. Make sure the car is warmed up prior to adjusting as there will be coolant temp compensation taking place.

Yes, injectors are stock. In fact all the car is stock
Injectors are scaled to 542 cc (same as original evo 6 map), I copied / pasted all the elements linked to injectors from the evo 6 map.
542 as well in evoscan of course.

I log coolant temp at the same time, and it's 140 °F and above while STFT still displays 25%.

thanks for you input

What size are the injectors on the car? In order to get your STFT closer to zero, you'll need to adjust latencies in the 11v and 14v range. Adding latency will bring your numbers closer to zero, unless of course the injectors aren't scaled appropriately for your map.

Are you sure you are logging the correct request for STFT? +25% is maxed out, so it's wanting to add at least 25% fuel. And you said you added 20% via maf scaling and it still was +25%?

Sounds like something isn't right. Are you sure these aren't smaller than stock injectors? Is your AFR from your wideband very lean during all of this? It should be if that +25% is correct.

Any chance fuel pressure is low?

l2r99gst, you're right that's the issue.
I'm thinking something isn't right too

In fact I didn't tune anything on injectors, I just copied / pasted injector size and latency from a Evo 6 stock map to the 96532706.
The injectors are juste the 560' stock ones.

Did you think I should have a try with the 96532706 stock settings (513 cc and latencies) ?

I use evoscan 2.7, with the stock settings (STFT request is 0F and the function is (0.1961*x)-25, which is correct according to the info I found on the forum.

To be honest I can't be 100% sure that fuel pressure is correct

I'll put my new exhaust on the car and plug the WB. The O2 sensor voltage is displaying 0.488 v and after sometimes jumps to 0.956

I'm just ****ing dumb ....

checked the car, i've messed up on wiring, I was plugged on the zeitronix narrowband output, not on the front 02 sensor....

STFT came back to approx 5%, which is more "usual"

Sorry guys
