Attached is a log of 3 pulls in 4th gear (have a 6sp). Higher gears are pretty fast and hard to do without attracting too much attention during the day.

One thing that I have had a hard time fixing is the afr hump when the turbo spools up all the way. it drops to 11 then climbs up to 11.5 on full spool. It is much more under control now compared to before.

I am running the zeitronix for afr and boost monitoring BTW.

On my way home I am going to do some 2k rpm - 4k rpm pulls in 6th to show the afr difference between gears.

Ok now that you posted the pull. We need to see the rom. Can't make suggestions to your tune if we don't know what you have done thus far.

First thing I see in the pull is that your fuel trims are screwed. You MUST get them in check or you will be running around in circles trying to solve your problem.

Your 2byte load is logging incorrectly. Just use the 1byte.

SO....post or send us your rom....we will then make suggestions.

Thank you everyone for the help. I am definitely a noob to the engine tuning stuff. I have done a bunch of reading/research but apparently know just enough to be dangerous. Pretty much all my other experience has been with motorcycles so this is a bit of a jump for me.

Change Periphery 00 (F9A) bit 1 to = 1.

To disable lean spool set Periphery 1 (FCA) bit 0 to = 0

Try these changes and get back with us.

The trims may look whacked because they reset every time I flash. The pulls didn't have enough cruise to get the trim off the default.

Ok, so first I set Periphery00 (F9a) to 1 and Periphery1 to 0. The car wouldn't start. Then I realized that (FCA) was actually Periphery2 (on tephra v7) and set that after resetting periphery1. The car still wouldn't start.

Any ideas?

Also, just to verify, are you comparing the same RPM ranges in 4th and 6th gear when you say the AFRs are way off? I'm seeing a big jump in the fuel map in the 2500 to 3000 RPM range, so if 6th gear spools earlier (could be around 2800 or earlier on some setups) you could just be in a row that's tuned lean when boost peaks.

And no, I haven't looked at the ROM yet, just the images on p. 2.

EDIT ::

Looking at the logs, I see ...

4th:
3000 - 11.4, 11.7, XX.X
3500 - 11.6, 11.6, 11.7
4000 - 10.8, 11.0, 11.0

6th:
3000 - 11.5, 11.7, 11.7, 11.9
3500 - 11.4, 11.4, 11.5, 11.5
4000 - XX.X, 10.9, 10.7, 10.8

Looks like 6th is RICHER to me, except for it spooling earlier in the leaner row (2500, 2750).
