hey, i'm high jacking your thread for literally 30seconds. Can anyone just jump on Evoscan and tell me what their Eval formula is supposed to be for 2byte load? Thanks in advance.

Ok, back to issues with this rom lol

First, I need the numbers for LTFT low and mid.

Also, if you STFT is at -12, your LTFTs are probably off.

more specifically 2 byte load in 9694013. im willing to do the work to find this info if someone can direct me in the right direction as far as how it is found
I could probably tell you if I had the ROM. Where can I download it?

Or better yet, if you have your MUT table defined in your XML, tell me what the value is in 1C.

Your loads should be as follows (if it follows the same pattern as the other ROMs):

2-byte LOAD_Raw (no temp compensation)
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x09
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0A
2-byte LOAD_Temp_Compensated
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0B
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0C
2-byte LOAD_Baro_Compensated
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0D
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0E
2-byte LOAD_Temp_and_Baro_Compensated
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x0F
hex value at 1C in MUT table + 0x10

l2r99gst to the rescue.

l2r99gst, that 94960013 ROM is rare and sometimes has been said its not even an Mitsu OEM ROM, so I dont know where you could download it from.

OK, so try 887a added to the valules I gave above, depending on which 2-byte load you are interested in logging.

If that doesn't work, then I can take a look in IDAPro.

Yeah, some people have success with 9653, while others have idle issues and other lil issues. I just find that I like 9417 better.

Fuel will almost always use temp+baro compensated load. Timing will use temp+baro compensated load for IAT < 77F. Above 77F, then baro compensated will be used.

So, basic tuning under most conditions, you should use baro+temp compensated load.

Expect V7 ROM's BIGMAPS.

9653 V7 and 8859 V7 timing and fuel BIGMAPS follow temp+baro compensated load.

But on 9417 V7, fuel and timing BIGMAPS follow 1/2byte load aka raw load.

i suspect the BOV causing issues with rich idle. Ive had the same problem with a lot of VTA BOV's. Most gfb's ive tuned stay partially open at idle and the car goes too rich.
