just set 14,7 in fuel map cruise area ? or how does this patch work ? when i set 15.7 fuel map than it will bring the fuel trims in negative to get the desired afr value ?

It works exactly like the narrow band sensor, except the wideband has been scaled to output narrowband volatage...

but only @ 14,7 afr will be the same scaling output ? To achive richer or leaner desired map afr something shoud change the voltage in the ecu alter fuel trim ? or what is happening when 15,6 what i want, how will the ecu reach it ?

I can't help you bro, I don't know what issues your car has. Your front o2 sensor threw a code and may not be working. Figure out if you have a bad O2 sensor off the get go, if you do replace it, or then do the patch to utilize the wideband for your front O2 sensor.

Next when all of that is sorted, then you need to properly scale your injectors. Read the injector scaling thread. If your injectors are scaled correctly then it should idle at or around 14.7 AFR, which is hard coded in the ecu, set for the stock narrowband.

If you wish to change what AFR you want to idle at after your injectors are scaled then you have the option to run the car in full time open loop, which I will not explain.

You first need to properly scale the injectors!
