AEM wideband loggin with evoscan problems
Hi all, just bought an aem widband to do some mild tuning and followed the instructions for connection to the evoscan software. I used the blue 5volt wire from the aem and soldered it to the correct pin on a old serial cable i found and ground the other pin. I used the same ground for both the AEM gauge. Problem is wha i see on the gauge is not what is logging at WOT. The gauge will say 10.5 while the log in evoscan shows 12.0. Also in what i found strange is that the logs will show a long string of 12.0 values like if the datalog is not moving fas enough or its losing signal somewhere. Is it a problem to use the same ground for the gauge and the serial ground? Help Please

Shouldnt be a problem using the same ground. Make sure all your connections are good, and open hyper terminal and check if everything is on point...
maybe you have a bad uego sensor... who knows...
