I'm having the same issue here, I have a 2001 Evo 7, it has to have the clutch depressed to start but that's it, the static rev limit is set to 5000 rpm, but doesn't take effect

was there a way around this, I would like to use the ECU to do it, if possible. if it is possible is there a way to retard timing at the same time the static RPM is working to create a type of anti lag??

Please help
