Formula's needed zeitronix

I am starting to do the switch to SD but first i was trying to set up my zeitronix AFR and map sensor to work with the ecu, I have plugged the map sensor into the factory map sensor location using the factory harness. I also replaced on the ecu harness the rear 02 wire with the wideband output from the zt2.

I just can't find anywhere the formula's to make either of them to output correct numbers in evoscan. also i am not sure if i have set up the tables correctly in ecuflash for the map sensor. i am very confused i would appreciate the help.

thanks

I suspect you get no answer just because these things were discussed widely earlier, and you could find the answer by searching.

Anyway, here are formulae that work fine for me in my EvoIX :

AFR from Zeitronix Zt-2 in Evoscan - "0.0392156863*x+9.6"
Boost from Omnipower 4bar MAP-sensor (bar) - "0.016134*x+0.0345-(your local atmospherical pressure)"
Boost from Omnipower 4bar MAP-sensor (psi) - "0.233943*x+0.50025-(your local atmospherical pressure)"

I did search and read thru alot of threads. Its just hard to find stuff using the site's search engine sometimes.

Will that omni formula work for a 3.5bar zeitronix map sensor?

Thank you though!

also

(i been here long enough to kno search first, get tired of searching, try searching again, get frustrated, search, finally make thread)

Wideband:

Map sensor:

Check out the evoscan instructions for both threads. I hope this helps and is what you are looking for otherwise, good luck finding what you need.

As RoadSpike implicitly meant - formula for Omni MAP-sensor will 99.9% not work for Zeitronix MAP-sensor. I'd trust the formula he suggested.

Also, to check whether you have correct formula for MAP-sensor you can simply start Evoscan logging with ignition being turned on, but the engine being not started. In such case MAP-sensor should show you "0".

you know i can't believe i didn't do that! i chk my zeitronix lcd here and there to make sure the map is reading 0 and never thought to do so using evoscan.

anyway the map sensor seems to reading correctly the AFR seems to be a bit off but i really have not looked into it more for now.

I tried this formular but EVoscan is way off from the LDC display. Anyone have something different for the ZT2 on EVOscan?
