Evoscan can't read the ecu + overboosting

Hello, It seems that i can't synchronize evoscan to read the ecu, an error msg says that "can't connect to the port..." so it's a usb port problem, i tried the other port but it doesn't work either... On another laptop it works.
I also installed a Grimmspeed 3 port bcs in place of a manual one, but the boost is reaching 2.2 bar on the boost gauge, then cuts...
I put the boost limit to 230 all the way to 5500, and the wgdc to 78% @ 2500 then slowly climbing back to 100% @ 5500 rpm, but it's overboosting and the car dies... before 4200rpm; Boost desired engine level to 159.4 and boost offset to 70;
Anyone can help me to bring the boost level back to 1.5 bar?
+1, can i write another rom file for example 98640014 in place of the stock 92460000?
Also, sometimes when i let the throttle @ 4000rpm it locks there as if the car had cruise control set, and goes down only when i press the brake pedal...
Is it the throttle body, or idle valve stucks open?
Thanks for your help

Did you mean to say you put boost limit is 320? 230 is too low. You should lower your WGDC if you're over boosting. Post your boost maps, It doesn't look like its correctly tuned at all.

Boost control load offset:100
Boost desired engine load:159.4 till 4000 then down
Max wastegate duty cycle: a U curve with 69 in the 3000-3500rpm range
Boost Limit:260 till 5500 then down

Sorry but i can't attach files dunno why???
Thanks for your help

Turn down WGDC all to 0. Then see what your boost does. If your boost doesn't change there could be something wrong with the solenoid or install. Also that pic is too small to see anything.
