Need some help with regards to AYC/ACD/ABS ECU
Guys,
I need some help with the AYC/ACD and ABS ECU. Here is the problem, when I connect to the car using Evoscan 2.5 the EFI ECU works perfectly, I can datalog and toggle on and off the fans etc.
However, whenever I try to connect to the AYC/ACD ECU and ABS ECU is says no response from the ECU. Questions:
1. I have a 1.3 cable I believe its the 1.3U cable, can this work?
Reason I am need this to work is to bleed the AYC lines off the pump. The car is a JDM EVO IX. Thanks in advance.

try this:
How to get Mitsubishi AYC/ABS support from an OpenPort 1.3U cable.
Step 1) Pin1 must be linked to pin15.
Early OpenPort cables did not have Pin15 linked to pin1(check with a multimeter continuity test) to see if its connected.
a) No pin1 on the OpenPort cable. Move pin1 on the vehicle side to the pin15 position.
b) Pin1 is connected to Pin4/5 on the OpenPort cable. Move pin1 on the vehicle side to the pin15 position.
c) Pin1 is connected to Pin15 on the OpenPort cable. Cable is AYC/ABS ready.
This worked for me. i also had to use version 2.7 it wouldnt connect with the earlier versions. im using a tactrix 1.3 cable, i swapped the pins around on the car obd port instead of hacking my cable up.
