scalling issues with maf, idle hz is off in closed loop, forced open its perfect.

I have the very same problem. I have no idea why my MAF reads around 60Hz at idle.
I unplugged the MAF and the idle got steady, but very rich. With the MAF plugged the engine speed and A/F are unstable. It will go as high as 1500RPM, hold there for 4 or 5 sec and then go down to 1000RPM, with no throttle input. Timing also varies a lot.
