Any Ecu reasons why I would get a P0134 code and bad signal?

I got exactly the same issue on my car.
I swapped to front 02 with a new sensor, but the issue was still here.
I ended by wiring the zeitronix narrowband output on the front 02 input of the ecu and let the front 02 in its place to avoid warming circuit DTC.
Now front 02 voltage and STFT works fine ....
I never understand what was the issue with the front 02 sensors ...
