Readiness Monitors With Tephra V7
So I've read through this entire thread ( https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...mrfred-16.html ) Which hasn't really helped me.
I'm getting ready to do emissions inspection in DE. All monitors on the car have to show up as "Ready."
I'm running Tephra Mod 7 with the OBD II Patches on my Evo IX, catless. Everything is set to 1 in the tables except for AC/heated cat/ secondary air, which are set to 0. I have plugged in a cheap OBD II scanner, and it says that only 3 systems are ready, which are the continuous systems. Why can't I get the "Non-Continuous" systems to say ready? (Cat, Egr Etc...?

I have discovered that no matter what you do in these "OBD Inspection" tables, nothing on my car changes. I've changed everything around, and reflashed several times, and I still get 3 systems ready, and 0 Inc, every time.
Everybody in the thread swears up and down that this works.
