So like a lot of people I downloaded my rom and it comes back with unknown rom id. I believe this was flashed with TephraMOD and my ROM ID is 96530706. If any one can shed some light on this situation on how I can get this thing to work right I would greatly appreciate it. Again I am sorry for asking a question that has been asked so many times.

 

Make sure you have the 96530706 xml in your rommetadata folder

 

When you try to pull a rom from your ecu Ecuflash compares that rom id definition to the ones in your rommetadata file folder,when it doesn't find it it gives you the "unknown rom definition " error.Just update your Ecuflash file folder with the Thephra mod definitions and you should be ok,i can provide you with the files if it makes it easier for you.

 

that would help a lot, then do you just save the file in the rommetadata>mitsubishi>evo folder?
