Idle surge and stall Evo IX

Help Ive been battling this Idle surge for awhile now and Ive been reading a bunch of other threads similar to what Im having but I still cant figure it out. Ive also installed all of Mrfred's ISCV tables..... So im opening another thread... Anyway ill get to the piont I have an Evo IX with a 2.4LR, 10.5:1 wiseco/manley combo, cosworth M2 cams, rc1000 injectors, aero 340 FP, FP black JB, Omni 4 bar map, grimspeed 3 port BC, running stock Maf, BFMIC, ETS piping, ETS intake pipe, stock IM...
Everytime I have my a/c ON this ONLY happens when Im coasting in neutral "car is moving" It surges and sometimes dies or In decell then go to neutral the car dies happens everytime... When im sitting still everything is fine and works like it should... And with the a/c off everything is fine, car doesnt surge or die... Here are some things Ive already done.. boost leak check I found none, Im not running a pcv system I just have the VC vented to a catch can, My fuel trims are within 5% in the low and mid.. Ive set the biss with evo scan to 850rpm.. I have been playing around with some of the Idle tables and the ISCV tables but I just don't know where to go??? Maybe its my timing tables ?? IDK
Could someone piont me in the right direction, or some opinions of what to do next..
I would greatly appreciate it

Here is my rom and some logs I took

I read you have no boost leaks, but have you replaced the throttle body seals?

We have similiar setups. Why are u on a maf!? Are u on e85 ? Sometimes surge and jerkyness are due to some injector spray patterns and such. I have my map you can try but I'm on SD and e85
