Need help logging Stack AFR Gauge

I have a Stack wideband and I am trying to datalog thru a serial cable. I have tried several formulas but none have been accurate. It is a 0-4V with it ranging from 10:1 (0V) - 16:1 (4V) on a Linear scale. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

The equation I came up with based on the voltage range is: 0.02349x+10

This is assuming 0.00-3.99v and 10.0-15.99 afr range.

Looking at the manual it states 0-4v and 6-20afr. Are you sure the above scale is what you are using?

If you are using the 6-20afr then you would want 0.054x+6

Thanks! Ill try it soon. My gauge allows me to change the change the ranges but the default setting is 10-15.99

I tried that setting and the afr ranges only shows 10-11 while my gauge shows 15-16. I changed my setting to the range of 10.0 to 15.99. Im also assuming it is 0.02349*x+10? Eitherway Ive tried both ways and havent gotten a good reading. Any more ideas?

What does it read with just "x" as the equation when the car is at idle?

try unplugging the sensor while the gauge is on and see what AFR the gauge reads. See what it logs with the formula as just 'x' while the sensor is disconnected.

Turns out the serial cable wasn't working well at all. I decided to junk it and run it right to the ecu, it was so simple i regret even buying the cable/adapter.

Anywho I cannot get the formula spot on but I am using .02956*x+9.6 and it is a tad bit richer so it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the help!
