Start for drag and drift on wet are different things...
The only way fors drag start si ti increase the ACD pressure, but Marlin don't love me any more... 😔

 

Ok, at first for me - the better start on drag. What can i do ? Increase lock on acceleration at 0-30 km/h ? Or increase maximum pressure ?

 

No, increasing only the max pressure dosen't have any effects because the max current given to valves is always the same.

You can increase the acd throttle lockup adder at low speed. So, as default, the lockage power is increase even if there isn't any slipage.

the information on P and J tables would help me a lot,
they are in the same section as D, E, F tables and hold different values in my ROM than in stock or Merlin's

but now that i can tune the acd and ayc im not satisfied...i want my evo 8 to do the runabouts in style...but the front is always going out...i want the car to be almost like RWD....what can i do...

 

Seriously, a rear sway bar and an upgraded rear diff is all you need for the car to rotate on demand (along with an higher power/grip ratio than stock)

Hi, Im begining to work on my ACD/AYC, I own an JDM Evo 7 RS2. Running Tephra 90550001 V5.10 on the ECU.

I want to flash 6 mode ACD/AYC rom, but first want to read from ACD/AYC Ecu. I already made the Pin #25 connection to the 2.5mm jack on my openPort 2.
Already read the Rom from my car, but it seems that there are NO definitions (xml) to show the tables nor options.
I run the compare option on ecuflash with an suposed original acd/ayc rom, and there are no issues and has everything same exept two fields. I also tried the test flash, and there are no issues.

Can I run the original ACD map to my car with no issues?
The rom that i downloaded from my car is 129kb, same as the other maps.

PS: EvoScan is not recognizing my ACD/AYC actuators, what can it be?

I took a look but the ROM you uploaded doesn't match the memory layout of the Evo 5/6 or 7/8 with ACD+AYC. I guess that the file is corrupted. Try pulling it again.
