Your boost curve is bouncing because you are getting too much boost (above your target values), so WGDC correction is kicking in. Your definitions look weird, like a mix of PSI and Load based boost control. What did you do to your definition file (XML)?

Why don't you use RAX patch to get faster logging and atmospheric baro compensation? Check it out:

This shows 1 thru 4. Sorry it's a pic from my phone, no internet on the train.

WGDC are set back down to 50%.

Does this look right?

As for my XML, I'm using the 58010005 ROM from Golden's site.

3) Set your "boost target" tables a bit above your desired final curve
4) Reduce your base WGDC values

After that, SLOWLY increase your WGDC tables to achieve your desired boost curve.

Looks much better after implementing changes 1-4 psfp suggested.

Log0059 (green) was the overboost I was having yesterday.

Log0063 (red) was after the changes 1-4 psfp suggested, plus I pulled timing in the areas I had knock.

Log0064 (blue) is tweaking the WGDC for a better boost curve.

Still more to do.

I appreciate everyone's help.
