Can anyone look at my logs and help me out

So long story short when i do a first pull i get knock not high counts never over 3/4 its most of the time around 2 counts to 3 but its constant but then i can log 10 more times in a row and get no counts am i over thinking something here lol...
I cant figure out why i get my first log with counts of knock then no more logs show it after that has anyone seen this ill post both logs so people can look them over

I know i don't have boost showing or A/F but they are inline at spool up i'm seeing 12ish and full and as i go into full boost it tapers to 11.4 give or take a point each direction thats at 21PSI tapering to 18PSI.

I cant log 2 byte yet waiting for my omni 4 bar to show up

Mods are DW200 fuel pump
injen upper lower IC pipes
Injen CAI

stock injectors
stock turbo

If you want to rule out knock then you should schedule some dyno time and see exactly what the timing gains/loss is. A dyno session is cheap compared to bigger problem . Road logging with a single knock sensor and hobbyist software can only be so accurate..

Timing Looks to high . These engines don't need alot to run. A ramp from 0-3 on the hit and work up to 12-14 should be a good ballpark on most fuel.

They really don't need to hit 19-21 out the top if your log is correct. This isn't a game on trying to pack as much in as possible to try and win.

Less is actually more in the long run.

What fuel is this on? Pull 4-5* out of your timing map, minimum, to start. Too much timing in that. Like Abacus said, at the hit you should have about 0*, ramp it up to 3-4 degrees at 5k, and then only revving to 7k, you should be seeing 12 up top. If you take it 8k, maybe 13 or 14*. With that timing, you can run more boost, like 24-25psi on the hit, and let it taper up top because it's a stock turbo.

Oregon 92OCT here's the funny things it's still on the stock timing map lol I haven't messed with it yet but I guess it's time to start my AF where way lean at WOT because the stock fuel pump was dying

The stock timing map is too much timing for any American pump gas.

Well then lol you learn something new everyday guess it's time to start pulling timing should I pull 4/5 degrees across the hole map and then work on it from there or.? Or should I start removing timing from those sections and work off of it from there ?

I would do the whole map, from like 120 or 140 load and up. And then work on smoothing it as well. You want a larger jump that 2-3 degrees with load change of 20, and no more than 1-2 for an rpm change of 500rpm

I'll try to put up a pic of a reasonable starting point for timing when I get home

This is NOT an English Racing timing map. This is someone else who I no longer use.

I would take this map, and highlight the 120+ load for all RPM's, take 3-4 degrees out, and give it a try. Watch for knock while you're making a pull. If you have a stock ROM, you won't have this much resolution. You also won't need it. And then look for your logs to look like how Abacus and I mentioned the timing curve should look like. Remove or add timing as needed.

Thank you very much I'll tinker with it tonight.
So pretty much start at the 120 load and pull 3/4 degrees and across the full rpm range so starting at 500 all the way to 8k and log then smooth it from there hope I got that right lol the fuel map was a lot easier to get smoothed out lol

That map is already smooth. Just drop it down, and see what you're hitting.
