Car won't make power, stumped

Hi guys,

Hoping I can get some insight here.

2G GSX with an Evo 8 ecu. 9653 tephra with SD.

I can't get the car to make any decent power, It is a little rich, but I am making under 200whp on an FP Green at 20 lbs.

I have tried everything, we went from stock ECU to Evo Ecu to try and fix the problem. But it still prevails. Latest idea was timing pull, but logs show nothing.

Heres whats on the car:
New FP GREEN
New FP manifold
New AFPR
New FIC 1120 injectors
New rewired 255
New intake
New 3 Inch intercooler
Evo 8 ecu on SD

Came with:
.20mm oversized pistons
Stock everything else.

I have checked compression: 150 147 147 140.

I have tuned my own evo on SD, I will not attest to being good at it, but I have made decent power. This car just seems like it's being held back.

Log attached of a couple small pulls

There is no wideband on the log, but it generally runs rich (11.5) at spool up and (10.5) at WOT. I haven't been too concerned with how rich it is as leaning out WOT seems to do nothing.

Any ideas? Please? I'm out.

Piston comp sounds a little low, it should be around 162, unless you have installed low comp pistons.
Check for boost leaks.
It might be a timing issue, check your timing belt, the belt might have skipped a tooth.
Check actual timing with an ignition light gun vs logged timing.

This is the next step, over the weekend I threw a ton of timing at it and it helped, I think the ignition timing is slightly off from what's logged.

Got 292whp on 18lbs, so I believe this is the right track.
