No I dont think so. I have tried this many many times, over the last couple weeks. Thinking I must be an idot I quadruple checked everything each time thinking I must obviously be making a mistake.

Anyway, by upgrade to 15, do you mean flash a version 88590015 rom? The last I read on this the coummunity was not sure if this would present any problems. If I can do that I would be one happy camper!

 

i got a question for you guys....Okay, so yesterday I decided it's about time to adjust my clutch since I just installed my exedy twin...so I adjusted the rod out until i felt some resistance then turned it back a 1/2 turn or so, tightened the lock nut and i was off the try it out....the clutch is at the top of the pedal now....and i went out to test it thru the gears and the NLTS worked fine still nothing wrong everything felt good but this monring when coming to work i tried the NLTS and the rpm jumped while shifting? only a little bit but its weird seemed like it would jump slow and when i released the clutch pedal the rpm went faster as if the NLTS mod was to slow down the rpm during the NLTS...so i don't get it? why would the NLTS work yesterday and not today?

 

I know this is an old thread, but I flashed my 96940011 ROM with this patch for NLTS. I've noticed that after going thru the gears, and pushing the clutch in to go to neutral at a high RPM, the RPMs will not fall all the way back down and stay at around 4500 rpms till I push the clutch in again. I don't know if things changed in the V5 patch but I wanted Tephra to know of this issue.

I have a log if anybody wants to see, also it is repeatable so if I need to log other parameters.

I have attached the screen shoot, you can see were I blip the throttle and the RPMs still hang. Then I push in the clutch and the RPMs drop. I don't know how to log the clutch switch or I would have.

Hey bud, I think I know what happened. When you copied the settings over from your original ROM to tephra's ROM, you forgot to copy the "Idle Stepper Look-Up Table". See if that works.

 

I think your throttle wasn't hitting the specified range you set in the "NTLS TPS threshold" right away. It raised a little when you were out of range, then dropped when the TPS was within range. Make sense? Of course, this will only be your answer if you have your setting at 100% and your accelarater pedal is getting stopped by the mat. Either that or it's in your head.

 

Nope these are the same.

Also I don't follow what you were saying in that last post. My setting are:
NLTS drop: 700 rpm
NLTS TPS : 88%
NLTS speed: 32 km/h

 

Damn. I can't think of anything else that'll cause throttle hang. Whats your idle stepper set at? Can you post a pic?

tried 2 computers and cant get it to show up in ecuflash. anyone help?
