Alright, thing is my evo won't start now for some reason, after installing my 780cc injectors, fuel pump and wide band, I flashed my ecu and after that it cranks but no start, so I tried checking my fuel lines and it turns out that there isn't much pressure at all the walbro fuel pump is definitely pumping but I don't understand why there is hardly any pressure in the lines,

I tried swapping the injectors for the stock ones and flashing the ecu but still no go, I still think the problem is that I'm not getting enough fuel pressure, I did everything that I could think of testing for power or if the part is working, swapping things back to stock and flashing the ecu, and checking little things like pinched fuel lines or making sure I have the right immoblizer code,

but other than that I'm pretty much out of ideas right now, if anyone can give me any advice or info it would be extremely helpful

maybe something might be cloggin the fuel pump and did u check all the o rings when fitting it in...i would take it out and reinstall it. to me is seems like it is pickin up the fuel and leaking back out within the unit

did you make sure everything is plugged in(the sending wire for fuel pump)

I'm pretty sure I assembled everything right, I took it apart a couple of times too because I thought I installed it without certain o rings (my fuel pump came with a kit and extra pieces, but everything seems to be there, plus I ran the pump to see if it picked up fuel (kinda bad idea shot fuel inside the car) but I ran the pump on my buddies evo and it ran fine, started up perfectly,

but I noticed that there is no fuel coming back from the return line, and there is some fuel in the rail after installing the injectors and cranking, but still no go, and I made sure the connectors were on all the way too,

nope, no codes at all, I was actually hope'n for a code to help lead me in the right direction, I'm thinkin, could flashin the ecu do anything like this? I don't think scaling the injectors and changing the voltage for the injectors could cause little fuel line pressure could it?

did you turn the assembly upside down when you installed the fuel pump?? if so, you will need to check an o-ring that is in the fuel pump/pick up assembly. you will have to remove the assembly again....ugh..

step 15 will show you the connection i am speaking of. it is the black sensor with the wire coming out of it.

once you remove the assembly, there is another plugin that will have to be unsnapped and checked. it is near the bottom of the pump when you look at it from the bottom. carefully unsnap the two side clips and slowly remove it. there is an o-ring that may have turned sideways or came off of the fitting. once you have checked that, remove the o-ring put it back on the nipple, turn the assembly upright, and snap the darned thing back in. DONT TURN IT BACK OVER. reinstall the assembly and check for start up.

Thanks badhabit90 that was exactly the problem, right when I unhooked it the rubber o ring was just sittin in there, and after I hooked all the injectors up and flash the ecu, it took about 6 sec of cranking and the evo lives again, thanks again to the evom community lol
