Moving to Germany! (Tuning)

Hello all, I'm headed to Germany in July, Baumholder to be exact and I wanted to know if there were any shops or tuners over there that has knowledge in tuning with DsmlinkV3, any input would be appreciated thanks in advance.

man i was stationed in baumholder a couple of years ago, it was straight hell.
