Cams will put you up. You should be close with your set-up. Let us know what happens!

ya i heard alot of good things from him testimonies and everything good tuner they have a mustang dyno so on mustang i would like ot see 475-480 whp that would be over 500 on dynojet.

onc ei get tuned setup up some ext mods ill most likely order ported IM and 65MM tb

 

good luck with your quest... 500 club is not too far off, I have similar components, the only diff. is I installed JUN cams and achieved 470 on 93 octane.... you should see results that come close. Post the results when you get off the dyno, we're all interested..

 

o i deff will i want to see as close to 500 as possible on 93 i dont want to involve with meth nor race just str8 pump.

also if i cant see 500 with my setup ill do BR ported IM and BR 65mm TB then possibly down the road switch to kelfords 272's but i dont really want to get into the internals at all so might stick witht he hks 272's and just do the IM and TB

 

Since you are getting tuned on a Dynojet I will say yes, you can hit 500. The car needs a double pumper and cams as has been suggested. You are in good hands with Al tuning the car.

Wait, is this on the stock ECU?

There are some things the car could definetely benefit from greatly as far as power goes.

 

i am getting tune on a mustang dyno is what i believe ICS has. also the car has AEM EMS

and would the double pumper and cams be needed to reach 500 whp? also i heard al is a great tuner so im trusting him come time i go for tune.

 

and if i can see 475-480 whp on a mustang i would be happy, i want to be as close to 500 whp as i can i know 475-480 is over 500whp on dynojet

 

I hit 502whp on pump no meth with a 35r on a stock motor. Boost was set at 26psi. Turn the boost up and you wont have a problem hitting it on a MD.

 

wat mods did u have? did u have ported IM and 65mm TB or was it mostly stock? also did u have 1 FP or double pumper?

 

JMF SMIM, stock TB, GSC S2, Bosch 044 pump, stock ECU

My question is why no meth injection? You would definitely see 500whp with a good tune and meth. I would buy a meth kit just to safeguard my built motor.
