05 VIII with IX turbo, 92 oct, 365hp/350tq

Well here is the dyno sheet... It only picked up 10 HP and 5 ftlbs peak from the 05 VIII turbo, but it picked up almost 40 ftlbs on spool up (may be the way i am looking at the dyno sheet), and had substantial gains in the top end! Verified this comparing my old dyno and new one today... I also changed the downpipe and now have a custom 3" O2 housing... FYI boost plot is damn close, and temps were almost identical... Mid 40s

Alright... Bob at Drift Office had my old runs on file, so I had him overlay the two runs for comparison... the 355/344 is with the 05VIII turbo (10.5 hotside), 365/350 is with the IX turbo (same 10.5 hotside from the VIII)...

I like how much more flow there is in the upper rpm. It seems that there are substantial gains there from the IX over the VIII.

I wonder how much of this due to the 10.5 hot side?
I made 367 whp on a stock 8 turbo with a 10.5 hotside.

I was kinda shocked when it only made 10 hp and 5 tq over the VIII turbo, but I called Bob yesterday to overlay my past dyno run so I could see the whole picture, as you can see peak power doesn't explain everything

This is my old 10.5 hotside from the VIII on the IX turbo... they are the same part.

IX on E85 making 420 sounds normal, the 380 on pump I am assuming is from the slight edge of 93 over 92. What cams?
