Nice dude! Got any pics of the FMIC installed?

Are you tuned with the stock load-based boost control or do you have a JDM map sensor w/ mrfred's psi-targed boost control setup?

thats actually a good question and it has a good answer. this was the first evo chad tuned without a manual boost controller. i am using a perrin 3-port ebcs, no map sensor, and chad figured it out in about 2 seconds. now he is going to stock them and switch his tuning style over to ecu controlled boost.

ill post picks of the front mount installed when i get back from ocean city this weekend.

Wow wonder why no map... I know he can log boost on the dyno, but....

It's still plenty effective, and also explains why boost dropped 1psi and it made the same power. ECU hit the target load with less WGDC

Its nice too see somebody compare a good fmic to a better one. Garret core plus proper center entry/exit = more efficient and better utilization of the whole core. Props to the CBRD crew...they never cease to amaze.

wow sick numbers!!! i want a CBRD front mount now....i wonder if they will give me a combo deal if i buy the bbk full and intercooler at the same time

It kinda makes me wanna test the cbrd compared to my BR deluxe intercooler, but i'll probably have to pull the trigger on one of the bbk's first once i have the money!!! oh and if someone at cbrd could chime in i was wondering if you guys are open on the 4th of july weekend, i'm wanting to check the shop out and get my car tuned.

I heard it was buy the BBK and get the fmic for half off...right Chad?
