Thanks for the reply.

Having now seen the FP3586 on MostWanted.. and your cars running the Precision turbos, which do you think is better? I see the 6262 made around the same power as the FP3586.. but does the FP3586 spool sooner?

Its not a fair comparison by any means really.. Brians car is mivec with smaller cams.. the cars have a few differences so its hard to say.. I was running ported stock intake and he had drivens.. so hard to really say anything other than that both are killer turbos for 750+whp..

Also, i believe the 3586 is 64mm v.s 6262 is 62mm..

Another interesting comparison would be a "standard" turbo manifold kit vs. forward facing manifold kit with the same turbo used on both kits.

Mike was this power made with 3" intercooler piping and a bigger compressor housing (H comp cover)? Im wondering if the smaller SP covers choked power on the topend, good job on the #'s.

No reason to test that, forward facing yields higher gains especially at speeds in 4th More air, more boost=more power....

This was made with 3" Cold side Piping.. The hot side is 2.5 And cover is still small SP cover..

Not really, I leave the line at 7200 so why would I care about spool characteristics Talking and comparing spool characteristics at this level is about as pointless as comparing gas mileage You can buy both kits and let us know what you find in another thread Lets not derail Mike's thread. 920 is ridiculous power...
