Tune with new setup BR HTA35R

Got my base tune down this past June, I'd still like to work on the tune more and get the trq up about 90-100 ft/lbs. Its a good start for just 91 octane.

Made 439whp 342 ft/lbs TRQ

You only made 439whp and 342trq on a dynojet? Seems really Low.

How can you say it's low? Boost levels are unknown and like the OP said, the tune isn't yet completed.

Those are avg numbers for that boost on that turbo. I wouldnt be dissapointed with that. Almos the same as my car my with 880s, comp 272s, ams IC etc at 23 psi made almost the exact same numbers.

3-4 psi will probably add 50 whp aslong as the car will take it. Some car seem to take boost better then other cars it seems. Also boost isnt really a measurement of power. Its a restriction of air flow into the engine.

Take into consideration he is running a 35r at 24psi (not really in its effeciency range) along with 91 octane (higher prone to detonation with increased timing)....... Not bad at all on a base tune!!!

Congrats!

it would make kind of mad with thoses numbers, you spent 7k on mods and only made that.. ive seen stock 9 turbos make 430whp with meth on 93 with basic mods..

lol... and what do you think a 35r will do w/ Methanol and the same sky rocket boost levels that poor stock 9 turbo had to endure in order to make 430whp? think about it...

I know the numbers aren't what the 35r can produce, I am still working on this car. I currently have the Buschur 2.0 pistons and Manley rods but can't install them because I'm in Korea. Also I have to wait for my transfer case and tranny to get back from TRE. I will update this with the new number when I get this done. I will be posting a E85 dyno, and E98 dyno results, hell I might even throw in some meth.

That is all-
