Many people have had doubts about our experience in the racing department. Yes we are new compared to most, yes we bought a built drag car but we have been wrenching and tuning on it to have it prepared and ready to go to Ohio! We will be participating in the Q16.

Unfortunately I won't be able to go. I have some big jobs getting trailed in, one being from Canada and I need to be here no excuses. My driver, Mechanic, and Father will be on there way 5p.m tonight to make the journey from Long Island, New York to Ohio. The car will be at Norwalk's Saturday morning time trials to get the car semi dialed in and prepped for the race.

Last night we stayed late (2 A.M) to maximize our tune. That is done and it's now up to our driver to get the car down the track.

Here is a dyno sheet from where we started and finished last night. I am only showing dyno plots from where the car's power band will be at the track.



This cars new tune, etc will still make over 725whp at 10,000rpm! We were pulling it to 9,500rpm on the dyno in 4th gear.

That is the worst dyno graph I've ever seen. Seriously, how about scale it from at least 3000rpm.

Hah, I am exhausted.. Sorry about the spelling.

As far as the graph goes, there really is no point in showing the spool up. The car is hitting peak boost at 7,500 on our dyno in 4th. Laggy and a lot of boost. We are leaving the line at 7,500 so there really is no point, there is our power band and we are ready.

Not many drag car owners will even post a graph, I felt generous as we don't have anything to hide..there is our power band..let's see what we can do.

You got it..I'm honestly probably sleeping all day tomorrow. I averaged 3 hours of sleep every night this week if I was lucky...My body is saying **** you right now.

Good news is that the car is going to Ohio to compete

9.0 @ 164 First Pass!
You heard it right, first pass off the trailer today we just went 9.0 @ 164mph!!!

Great start for DG Motors...Too bad I couldn't make it..all the boys are at Norwalk right now!!!!

The car is still down 100whp! I don't know what kind of 60ft I will update as soon as they call me back. I am stuck at work!!! Wish I could be there!

3 tenths and we own the new record for this drag car, we are off to a great start..all this hard prep work, they drove all night no sleep got to the track, car off the trailer, had trouble passing tech. just made it for last call and went 9.0 @ 164..we got one more pass, hopefully we can crack an 8.7 and be ready for tomorrow!!!

I will update as soon as I know whats going on!

Sitting out 3rd round of qualifications, car is running well, tranny and t-case fixed. We are currently placed 3rd in the shootout!

ok, from what I hear the two rear wheel drive eclipse's that were ahead of us both broke which puts us in 1st place.

Waiting for the track to get cleaned up and then we are racing a 9.90 car I believe..I will update as soon as I hear.

Congratulations. I was at the show yesterday and that 90 degree weather made me stay home today. I really wanted to make it to the races. Keep us updated.

we were in 1st place until we cracked an exhaust header right at the collector on the 2step at the line..the car bogged and we lost! Fortunately the car is still in one piece and we still went a best of 9.06 our first time out making full drag passes.

The car consistently went 9.33, 9.17, and a 9.10 today. we will be back out in a week or so to take home our 8 second pass..then we have a whole new setup to try out!
