How are you running 30+psi on 93 octane without it detonating all over the place? My tuner will not tune my 2.3Lstroker motor with HTA35R86 turbo anyhigher than 23PSI on 92octane?!

There are many things to consider when tuning a customer's car. Boost is just one of them.
Every car and every owner requires a different tune.
Listen to your tuner. He knows your limits, and there is a reason why he has given you that advise.
Enjoy your car, and have a fun with it, knowing there is a good margin of safety.

When you have a brain tumor, you don't go to a general walk in clinic Doctor to get looked after as yes he has probably treated many patients and knows how to prescribe medicine, however you are dealing with something serious so you should invest in the very best for your particular "platform".
For the best results you want to see a Neuro specialist so that you are sure to get the very best care and expertise for your valuable asset. All we do here is build, maintain, retail performance and oem parts for, install, tune and innovate parts and ideas for the Evo 2001-2008+.
If you want the best in Evo tuning from a specialist who KNOWS the limits for turbo, octane, fuel type, ethanol, methanol, you name it; we are that type of facility, specializing in the Evo platform as the "Neuro-Specialist".
There are at least 40 reviews over the past few weeks outlining many cars we have built and tuned with various octane, turbo's and injection systems. If you take a careful look, each and every parts combination and octane is tuned by the individual car. Some more efficiently built than others.
There is not a "boost limitation" for 93 octane and anyone that tells you there is has no idea what they are talking about.

Not every "tuner" has the same experience and confidence level in any particular engine platform.

I am going to repeat what I said.

As previously stated without the analogy for a more straight and to the point answer. Not all tuners have the experience to know the limitation of the engine. Being that we work on one platform coupled with the volume of Evo modification and tuning we do, we have seen it all and know what can and cannot be done safely.
