Can you tell me please what kind of gear box you use and what gear ratios and final gear ratios!
Can you tell me how it can be on 4th gear 145miles and 11000rpms from the video????
Thanks beforehand!

at origins pectel(with pectel developer you can make your customised interface..)- this most probably syvecs/liveracing -very good but also very complex.....
ps. Martyn, i really like that injector on the intercooler pipe

any way not to go off topic, the ecu extreme tuners use is very powerful but takes quite some time to get used to it, not friendly to a end user like other plaforms, but configurablre to any extent

As u can see the difference just making the engine little more efficient is dramatically different. My 4g63 engine running 133% Vol eff. and the best point is when i boost it the mechanical efficiency stays the same but the volumetric goes double or triple or any boost pressures i desire goes x (boost pressures).
A quick explanation of engine Vol Efficiency = cylinder heads job, how quick the engine can burn the mixture per a certain time period. How we can moving masses from the same displacement.

Great thread and nice to see someone finally fitting modern parts to these old engines.
A quick question. How are you deriving you VE data? I see you use a chassis dyno and i see no airflow turbine. Did you also use an engine dyno for development? Personally i do not trust the airflow turbine because some of its measured flow is blowing straight out the exhaust.
For my own use i have tried to work out VE from logging lambda and injector pulse width then calculating back the air volume. Just curious how you have done it.
