~100whp/100wtq @ ~3500 RPM
~200whp/200wtq @ ~4250 RPM
Exactly, how slow is this thing on the street? I'm not trying to sound inflammatory. I mean, who can possibly drive at such high revs, at least high enough to get a 3200lb car to get out of its own way, and what happens before the car gets there? It chugs along like a city bus? I'm sorry; I just don't understand how this machine can be used as a street car or even what the point is aside from solely running 60-130.

Heh, I thought this was about being fast on the street and not simply managing to get around. A stock-ish IX sees ~200whp and 300wtq at the same revs as this car sees 100/100. What else is there to say? If this isn't about being fast as a street car, please excuse the intrusion. <ducking>

- 60-130 - This car walks the stock-ish IX. Not even a contest.
- Street race, as in actual race with some prep on the part of both parties - same as above.
- Driving on the street, as in manipulating the machine around other cars, road anomalies, and sudden obstacles, starting from a 10-15mph roll, etc my money is on the stock-ish IX.
- Fun to drive the majority of the time - the stock-ish IX, as well.

60-130 is real world everyday stats. 60 rolls ect. True street car power measurements. Power that can be used in real world uncotrolled conditions. If this Evo even hangs with the ugr, Hefner , switzer , ect big boys than that speaks more than any quarter mile time. Cause believe me there is not one Evo here in the USA that can hang with a ugr, switzer big boys. Not one!!! Plus going for quarter mile times is just asking to brake stuff and 85% of the members that build there cars put allot of money into to the point that when they do brake the down time is extensive because all funds were exhausted in the initial build. +1 for me on the 60-130 times. That's where it's at.
Hi, not trying to clutter this wonderful thread. Don’t give up on the Evo’s here in the states. We have some of the fastest (correction the fastest) drag Evo‘s here in the states.
Here is the time from a drag Evo log and it looks like I saw 60-130mph in 3.045
