Folks, what are we talking about here?
- If we're discussing a street car, then obviously this Evo isn't well-designed for the task. By the time it starts to think about spooling, my Kia minivan will be a half a block ahead. Literally. 100 torques at 3500 revs. I repeat, 100 torques at 3500 revs trying to move +3200lbs quickly. How does that happen?

Repeat this cycle enough times (more redline, shorter gears) and you have just morphed in an Formula One, when the gear ratios simply do not even allow the car to run below a certain RPM.
5-10 mph roll? Not a problem when you are already at 4000-5000RPM with shorter ratios, and enough redline to pull through. The RPM band isn't the biggest concern actually, but the gearing is what makes it a killer light-to-light car (if that's what you want the car to do), or a killer 100-200km/h car.
That's why even torqueless Hondas can shred drag radials in 1st gear with only 120-130 WTQ, whenever they run a 4.9 FD coupled with the stock 3.230 1st gear ratio

Spyros,
I know you are after most power record with a big turbo, but what about ever developing a stock frame turbo that spools very fast and makes good power. Like a much improved stock turbo. The fp green is what is available at the moment, i wonder if you thought about that kind of turbo for the stock frame people.
