Where in NJ can I get some E-85 at the pump?
turbo is actually fully spooled by about 3500-3700 rpm and begins to spool at like 2500rpm... The power doesnt hit until the rpm you mentioned above though.

** fixed my typo haha.

You wont hit 500whp on just 33psi with the red, atleast not with my cams. We didn't go any further because of the stock headstuds. Im debating right now on either throwing in studs and running it until it blows up on stock bottom end or rebuilding bottom end now before it damages the block.

You can hit 500 if you had some big boy cams like Kelford or GSC S2's. Also a ported intake mani and TB will put you right where you want to be. I do I have Ethanol station near me but I think until it becomes more available I'm just going to do a race gas map at the end of the month a meth in the upcoming spring.

To the OP and Ivey great job

Very very interesting.

I'm aware ethanol has a winter blend, but is it any less potent than the summer blend?

They go to 70% ethanol here for easier starting during winter. Have to be carefull as the tuneup is somewhat dfferent.

Just do the studs only 175 with installation and the stock block is good for 600whp why ruin something good when there no problem in the first place save your money.....oh im getting the new black turbo very soon....lol..
