Hi James, one of the first things should be to adjust the TPS sensor (by loosening the 2 screws and slowly rotating) until your TPS reading while stationary, ignition on and WOT reads 100%. Then the no pedal reading should be somewhere in the 13 to 15% range.
I remmember my car felt horrible when I switched throtles and the TPS sensor was reading like 10% out of place to the low side.

Ok will take yr advise but the problem is when i adjust the tps, it will definitely give me plenty of knocks...
