I don't understand how the majority of people have the Megan O2 Housing but bash the Manifold for being cheap when its made from the same sheet of metal at the same plant....just a thought

We have made 500whp+ on plenty of cars using the Megan Exhaust manifold.

Nice results. Going back to the manifold picture, I was under the impression the megan manifolds had the megan tag tack welded on there and the more generic manifolds didnt have it?

i had a megan manifold on my evo in the past for around 10,000 miles. it never cracked and gave me some decent gains. just swapping to the megan manifold and o2 housing with no other changes dropped my 1/4 mile time from a 12.9 to a 12.4 with a mail in dynoflash tune a few years back. now i am using the hand ported megan o2 housing from rre with my bbk full and again have no issues.

is your car a garage queen or track car or mostly never seen rain. If them manifold never seen water , they will never crack. The reason some evo 's manifold crack is because the way mitsu design them open air hood, where water can go in , and it's worst when u drove in the rain a lot. With or without the hood louver, water can still go in

daily driven and not garage kept. I live in pa and the manifold saw rain, snow, freezing tempuratures, and 100 degree weather in the summer. It was run for a while with the louvers and without. It changed the tone of the engine bay nicely as well. I would use this piece again if I didn't have a ppi ported manifold now. I personally have seen one of these units crack on another evo but I'm not sure if the vents were in or not.I really can't remember because it was a year ago.

^i dont know what else to say, but mine cracked like 3 places after 1year using it. It's in my basement right now. Any body want it, i'll give it away . Wish i can take a picture of it and put it in here. I think there is not much else to discuss about this product, this thread should end.
