Buschur is using a 2.4 and this car is using a 2.3. The BBK-B is supposed to spool faster then an FP Red IIRC.

Once GST has the final version of this turbo with the billet wheel, then we'll really be able to compare it since that will be the version the consumer will see.

I also upgraded the OEM ECU to Tephra V7, from Tephra V5.

The added resolution in the V7 ROM coupled with 1 psi more overall netted some great gains from last time. Over 30whp gains in the midrange!

Bryan, Could you overlay the BBKXL with at FP Red with a simular build 2.3. I would like to see spool and power diferences for 30-32lbs...

Wish I could, but we haven't had a build at this level with a FPred through the shop yet.

The spool looks great but this is with a 2.3L so you would expect it to look better than on a 2.0L. I just really can't wait to see what a production unit will do on a 2.0 w/ 93 as that is what most guys run on the street. If all is well I WILL be putting one of these on this spring. Times like this I'm glad CBRD is only an hour away!

I've noticed the evos love running the biggie maps if tuned correctly.

What do you think of using the bigger resolution maps for evos in general? What I mean by that is wouldn't people with even stock turbos benefit from the higher resolutions and being able to fine tune more than the stock map?

Yes I have used them on stock turbo Evos as well. I noticed overall it's a good improvement. Tephra is the man.

bryan, if this car was a 2.0L on E85 at this level, would it still have run out of fuel with the single walbro and 1250's?
