not bad man. i had to start from scratch because i wanted lean spool off. im at 444/430 atm and need to lean out the a/f a good bit more and then throw a bunch of timing at it. when it stops raining i will get more of it done. i posted a bunch of my crap in ecuflash section of forum under "trying to understand timing maps" section.

Nice numbers. I'll have to check that thing out at the track sometime this year. I just picked up my 9 and have mostly boltons so far. I'm thinking about going with a bigger turbo (probably Black) and some kelford 272's. I'll be hitting you up for some tuning info soon I'm sure.

damn good numbers, how long would somthing like that last on a stock evo motor? what can they handle with a good tune? is like 450whp the max? would that last a couple years with good tune?

It all depends on the tune, driver capability and part installs.

Stock motor/head/intake/MAF/TB/ECU
FP Black ported

Stock Ex manifold ported by me
Kelford 272

BR Street IC and piping
BR 3'' turbo back

BR intake pipe with Perrin filter
Non CDI COP

ACT HDSS Street Disk

I think the most amazing bit is the lack of lag added, maybe 100RPM's of lag added with a turbo that is much larger. You must have had a poor tune before.

I doubt that. He tuned it before and also ran 11.3 on 93oct on the previous tune.

Thanks guys. A few updates to share...I put on a BR ported intake and throttle body and it picked up 14 HP and TQ stayed the same. My motor is currently under the knife so I dont have to worry about keeping the TQ in check and losing my block as a good core. I HATE holding back, so its time to put my race closet to work!

The overhaul is underway at The Shop in CT
TurboTrix short block with Wiseco 1400HD pistons & Manley turbo tuff I beams
BR Race Head with L19's
SD conversion & tune to follow by Junior. I have met many tuners in my time and you would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, friendly guy than Junior. Also Jimmy and I have worked together before and hes a stand up guy and runs a solid business with excellent mechanics...Kenny & TNT are awesome. Stay tuned

So, I ran an 11.8 on my Evo IX with stock turbo and stock bottom end, give me a 2.4 and a RED and it should be a 10 Second car easily.
