The major thing I notice is the semi truck turbo whine! Wow, gotta get used to that. The response is just a touch laggier than the Red and hardly bothersome.
Rocky Hill, CT? Isn't that in Vernon?

I want to run a FP Black on my set up with 1000cc also. But I am have a few people tell me that it isn't a good idea to run that with the stock block. They told me I should go with the FP Red with the set up I have in my sig. Now I am confused.

Complete bull****. I just got the FP Black on my stock block and 1000cc injectors. I'm running a more conservative tune for now on pump gas.

According to my dyno sheet, I see it around 4100-4200ish.

They tell you that so they can beat you with their Black turbo while you run the Red!!
Its the same on the motor between the 2 turbos at lower boost. Its if you try to max out the black you might go beyond what the stock motor can handle...

That is what I was thinking. I mean I can get a safe tune and when ever I get a built block retune it for more HP.

you could put a 42R on the stock block, the key is knowing when to hold the power back to keep the rods happy.

when you tune i know your going to knock it down and keep it safe as you dont want a blown motor on your hands lol. are we going to see old silver back in action this year for the shoot out or you not going again this year??
