For an update, I might track the car this weekend. I have an FP Green, Exedy Twin, and some injectors for E85 sitting here that I'm going to install next week. It will get a 4WS tune using the tephramod v7 for a E70 and E85 map. In August I'm going to have the car dyno'd at the DSM/EVO Shootout at buschurs to compare the old/new numbers.
Your not gonna go with a pump gas and E85 tune? Michigan only has one month of true e85.

I could do that too. Although, even 70% ethanol will still be better than pump gas. In a few weeks it will no longer be my daily driver.

I would do both pump gas and E85, just in case you want to take the car on a road trip.

E70 is still way way better then pump gas.

Word. I will do that then.

Maybe I should just have it tuned on the E70 and leave some room to compensate for more ethanol?

well you can try and shoot for E75-E80 and then it wont be that far off in either direction.

When we did Tara's, it leaned out a whole point on Dallas e85 compared to Ohio, but It didn't knock at all. It was tuned in October.

Less timing and more boost. Vs more timing and less boost.

That's very surprising you're running out of stock injectors at 21 psi. I'm running the almost the same bolt-ons, cams/full exhaust/all new piping/intercooler/tune/meth injection. I do understand being an 06 and the meth injection makes a pretty big difference, but English Racing tuned for 27 psi, stock turbo/manifold/head/block. I'm running headstuds, but still. They managed 408hp. Apples and oranges, partially I agree. Still, it just seems a little off. Good videos.

I must have some pretty aggressive timing then. Numbers are just numbers. Every dyno is different. The car sticks with 11 second Evo's no problem. I will be going to the track Saturday to see what she does before I throw in the new setup.

Sounds good, hopefully mine will be similar to that. I've seen a few other hks 272 vids were they didn't sound as aggressive.

Thanks, that helped me decide to go with those over the Brian Crower cams. They sound very aggressive,

Yep, I had gone to the track one more time and nailed a 12.1

The FP green and E85 setup will be on there soon.
