edit also how much boost are you running on this setup?

Turbo is probably about done. I made this on 33psi.

IDCs are low to mid 90s around peak power with base of 48psi the FIC 1450's

I ended up running a -8 from the 044 to the rail. Maybe I don't need that but at the time my intank Walbro was on its way out (5yrs old) and I was trying to track down the culprit. Based on some info TedB found, you lose roughly 7-8psi from the pump to the rail on stock lines. Compare that to -8 at virtually no loss and I decided it was a good route to go regardless. I'm using aeroquip socketless hose and trick black/silver Mocal fittings from BAT in Sarasota, FL. I'm also using a Mocal fuel filter they sell as well.
I'm still using the factory return for now. I works fine but will not let pressure go any lower than 45psi even with the screw backed all the way out of the reg. I can always convert the original feed line into the return if I deem this an issue.

I can get you some pics of how I ran everything and pump placement if you'd like Abby

Car looks like it's running really well Walker. Glad to see she is back stronger than ever. I have a relatively new toy as well. It would be fun to see how I stack up against your beast some time

Will post some tomorrow. The car is at my shop.
T housing is a garret housing I stumbled upon at a local turbo shop. I had to chuck it up in a lathe and machine it for the GT30 wheel. I only came across 2 suitable for the 30R wheel. Al others I machined for 35s. I believe ATP has some 1.06 T3 they are selling now.

There is some speculation on that so I'm unclear as to its open equivalent.

I've got an SAE paper that suggests multiplying by 0.60 to go from divided to undivided. The paper says this in regards to spool and power and was based on empirical data.

1.06 * 0.60 = 0.63

Don't know if I've ever seen a 0.63 A/R HTA 3076 make 300 ft-lbs by 3700 or make 570HP though. I think Buschur is about the closest with 0.82 HTA3076 making 540WHP and hitting 300 ft-lbs by 4400ish. I imagine the 0.63 would pull it down to 4200ish on 300 ft-lbs and make very similar power.

Was that a 3rd or 4th gear pull?

For a 3rd gear pull that does look really impressive response wise.

Your little book doesn't happen to say what a/r our worthless stock housing is does it?

Was the 540whp on his MD? I believe he made 502 with the exact same turbo I have on his MD a little over a yr ago. My current numbers corrected for his MD are only 470ish so there may be some left in it. Coverting to SD, and a set of cams with more duration would most likely get me close to his numbers, but I'd hate to loose the responsiveness it has now. The car is a hoot to drive.

3rd gear.
I haven't logged it in awhile but from memory. 100%TPS @ 2500rpm in 3rd yeilds 33psi by 4,100ish and a similar scenario in 4th gets same boost by 3,600ish I will say that head work has a profound infuence on spool. My CNC'd head gained me 4-500rpm better spool.
